If you have not read the Part 2 then please read the first part to have complete understanding of this and next blogs.

Spiritually, the universal feminine energy has 4 fundamental qualities known as receptivity, nourishment, maintenance, creation and these four qualities are visible in all kinds of feminine dimensions.

Because of receptivity, the females can absorb the seed of semen in their wombs.

Because of nourishment, females can produce milk in their breast to feed their infants.

Because of maintenance, they go through a menstruation cycle to detoxify the entire body and

Because of creation, they can give birth to a child.

These fundamentals are visible in all dimensions of feminine energies. For e.g ancients identified the planet earth and its soil as feminine energy which can accept all kinds of things to grow, which can nourish the entire planet with oxygen, water and food. Which can absorb all kinds of good or hazardous things in it without getting destroyed, and which can help in creation producing plants, fruits, crops and a new breed of lives.

There were many others Rituals also there, where married women were supposed to wear a toe ring in their feet. Medically, there's a nerve called 'Peroneal Nerve' which connects the Toe, Uterus, Heart and Head in alignment. This nerve has to be pressed a bit gently to maintain the balance between mind, sexuality and menstruation blood flow.

Since females' bodies are more energetic and energy receptive during their menstruation phase, it is prescribed for them to be isolated from the places where any kind of energy is consecrated. Menstruation is the phase where they're getting detoxified not only biologically but their energies are getting purified too. Since at this time they are in the maintenance phase, if any kind of energy disturbance gets in touch with them.. it can affect them biologically, mentally and energetically. That's the reason females get high mood swings, cravings, emotional disturbance in this phase. Since it's a natural process, it requires space from the people every other thing which produces a high amount of energy. It has to be worked automatically without any interference of external energy sources. Since the temple is the place where many energies are consecrated with many techniques, it can shake the equilibrium of females during their menstruation phase.

Since ancient times, in every family, females were considered as a goddess. Every time when a girl takes birth, she has been identified with the goddess. But it never happened with males. It's not discrimination, but there's a reason behind it. Females are more energetically charged than males, in every family, the female's energy is most important to sustain a family. If her energy gets affected, the whole family's energies can get affected.

Therefore, just to retain the female's energy equilibrium, we have been taking care of energy and mind equilibrium by taking necessary precautionary measures.

To retain the female's mental equilibrium, the ritual of the bindi is followed where space between two eyebrows is pressed a bit to maintain mental health. There are many rituals for the females that were invented as per their Energy, mental biological conditions.

Such scientific reasons were forgotten by the generation that passed from one another. That's the reason why people are started polluting this ritual and in absence of this awareness, people started assuming the menstruration phase as impured state and many kinds of discrimination with women took place in last hundred years.
