The Science of Shivlinga / Shivalingams - Part 2

This is the additional part of my previous blog about Shivalinga. If you have not read part 1, then please read the previous part of this blog to have a better understanding of this blog.

It is unfortunate for a few critics to possess an imaginary invention on the image of Shiva Lingam as a male organ and viewed with obscenity, but had conveniently forgotten the ironic fact that how a phallus(a human organ) could have appeared from the base.

Before I explain the science of Shivalingam, please understand the meaning of 'linga' first that the linga in Sanskrit means a logo that identifies a particular thing. If you are a doctor wearing a white coat and stethoscope, is that the symbol that identifies a doctor appearance-wise. A man or a lady is simply differentiated with their body organs, which identifies those genders, so those parts are their symbols.

So linga does not mean the private body organs we all do have, the real meaning of linga is something that symbolizes and creates the identity. So an egg shape of stone symbolizes the shiva, the shape called Shivalinga symbolizes the shape of the universe, and the shape of the universe defines that it has no beginning and it's endless.

After studying space science deeply the space science organization NASA come to the conclusive assumption that the universe is in an Egg or Oval shape. Whereas, our ancient India knew this from the centuries and found the entire universe is in an egg shape. They were also conscious of the very fact that space where nothing exists except darkness, this dark space has the immense ability to offer birth to planets, stars, human beings actually lie in that empty space. That means something where nothing exists, something exists!
