We all seen people always asking us to sit straight and always align our spine erected especially when you are trying to meditate. Well, it's just not the posture which makes your body look good... We can align all the body postures in varieties of postures, but for the spine, we always been asked to keep it straight, no varieties have been prescribed for the spine. Have you ever thought about why? So let's explore the Spiritual Science behind the importance of keeping the spine straight in a meditation.


From being a Monkey to being a Human, we all developed our breed by keeping the spine straight and more straight. The more we kept our spine straight, the more we enhanced our mind and body. Even now if you align your spine straight all the time, this nature can help you to become the more better version of your current physical life.

To be honest, I genuinely want to confess that even I had a habit of not keeping my spine straight earlier.


Since the spine is the only reason we all are having a human's body and not the monkey's or chimpanzee's body. From being a Monkey to being a Human, we all developed our breed by keeping the spine straight and more straight. The more we kept our spine straight, the more we enhanced our mind and body. Even now if you align your spine straight all the time, this nature can help you to become the more better version of your current physical life.


The moment we started keeping our spines straight in the stone age, we started gaining intelligence about sustaining this life, gaining strength and survival skills. Even now if you just learn to keep your spine straight all the time, nature has many gifts already served in a plate for you without much effort.
