Medically, it is a proven fact most of you are unaware that Your Spinal Cord is Your Partial Brain. Yes, that's true!

Your spine also has some memories, information, and sensory intelligence in it. Whenever your hands touch the heated surface or it gets injured..the first reaction we just remove our hands from that surface within a fraction of seconds.

The more you keep your spine straight, the more brain relies on your spine to transfer intelligence in it and the more bent spine you keep, the more brain has to perform all the tasks which are meant to perform by your spine.

Most of us did know that this action is performed by our brains where our brain transferred the signal to the hands and we removed our hands from there.

However, that's incorrect! When you perform such reactions, the signal comes out through your spinal cord. There are many tasks throughout the day where your brain doesn't send any signals but your spinal cord does. Our brain assigns these small tasks to our spines that whenever it's required to take such actions within a fraction of seconds so our body should not wait for the mind to react and it should react by itself in autopilot mode. So this is how there is some amount of intelligence transferred to your spinal cord through your brain.

That's the reason if the spinal cord is broken then your brain can not send signals any parts of your body below the neck to make any actions. If you keep your spinal cord aligned with your brain then your brain successfully transfers many intelligent tasks to your spinal cord and the brain involves itself in bigger games of intelligence.

The more you keep your spine straight, the more brain relies on your spine to transfer intelligence in it and the more bent spine you keep, the more brain has to perform all the tasks which are meant to perform by your spine.

This is the reason that most of the Meditation practices we were asked to keep the spinal cord straight. You should also keep spinal cord straight all the time while sitting or walking to enhance and involve your brain in much intelligent life games. If you don't have a habit of keeping your spine straight, you can start at least keeping your spine straight 30 minutes a day, and moving forward you'll get habitual of having a straight Spine.
